Very easy to deliver to though there is only one way in, one way out.   Has restrooms.  Guard at the gate may be a bit difficult.  Also and this is very important.   If you see that the parking lot is empty and its on the weekend, do not make that turn onto the road leading to the gate.   Call 317-406-2698

You can park across the street and call the number first.    Chances are if the parking lot is empty that gate will not be opened.
